Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting Oracle to a Discord server, accessing the Web Dashboard, or connecting via the Oracle desktop client, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Community Standards & Acceptable Use

Users must interact with Oracle in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Use the service to broadcast abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content into voice channels.
  • Attempt to circumvent local security restrictions, tamper with the sandboxing environment, or disrupt server infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Oracle offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Provides standard daily voice allowances and default persona capabilities at no cost.
  • Oracle Premium ($4.99/mo): Provides unlimited daily voice time, custom persona slots, and priority neural voice queueing. Payments and renewals are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the Web Dashboard. Access to premium features continues through the end of the active billing period.

4. Client Software & Sandbox Security

The Oracle client runs locally under a restricted Windows worker profile. Users agree not to alter permissions or attempt privilege elevation to undermine the isolation boundaries verified during live sessions.

5. AI Output & Disclaimers

Responses provided by Oracle are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for general conversational and entertainment purposes. Sector One Ventures makes no guarantees regarding the factual accuracy of AI-generated statements and is not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI output.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide continuous, high-availability service. However, downtime may occur due to maintenance, Discord API modifications, or upstream network disruptions. We reserve the right to modify these terms as features evolve.
